What we collect

When you contact us or make a booking enquiry, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work will be done, and details about your heat pumps.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, schedule and confirm bookings, carry out the work you’ve asked for, and send invoices. We don’t sell your personal information.

Booking and enquiry tools

Online bookings and enquiries are handled through third-party scheduling tools, which process the details you enter in order to manage your booking. Those providers have their own privacy policies covering the information you enter into their forms.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read, so we can keep improving it. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit — pages viewed, roughly where in the country you are, and the type of device and browser you’re using. We only ever look at this as grouped totals, and we don’t use it to identify you.

If you’d rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking it won’t affect your booking or any other part of the site.
